Welcome to the New Year! Let’s celebrate!

I trust that you have had an enjoyable Christmas break and that your New Year has started with joy. Within a day of each other this past week, I have been reminded of this scripture twice.

I, the Lord, watch over it; I water it continually. I guard it day and night so that no one may harm it. Isaiah 27:3 NIV

I’ve seen time and time again this is the way God works, as we are faithful in doing our part, He is the one who waters it and causes it to grow. You may enjoy watching this same 1-minute video I did. I’m expectant for great testimonies as we continue to connect with Explorers.

I’m delighted to share that we have now launched our new-look Why God website. I’ll put a link below so you can check it out. Let us know if you have any feedback, we will be continuing to develop this.

We want to celebrate all that we were able to see take place last year.

  • 2742 people started a message with us (through Why God)

  • 922 people spoke to someone from our team (opted for a human chat)

  • 118 people prayed (42 with our team / 76 with our bot)

  • 44 people were identified as being at risk*

  • 60 people made a decision to follow Jesus

  • 8 people were connected to a community (more connections are pending)

Many of our conversations involve people talking through struggles such as loneliness, addiction, identity issues, sadness, hopelessness, failure, anxiety, depression and much more. We listen, encourage and help people to discover hope for themselves.
